Production Time
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production after the pre-order closes, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once production is complete, your order will ship, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together when the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, separate shipping must be purchased or arranged.
Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order sales are final. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If approved in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy, this item may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Monetary refunds are not available.
Returns and Exchanges
