Shipping Policy

The Greek Standard Production Time is up to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Production begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received. During new releases, conferences, holidays, or high-volume sales, production times may be extended. If this occurs, we will communicate any significant delays.

Shipping

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Need It Sooner?

Need your order right away? We understand that special events and meetings sometimes come up unexpectedly.

Overnight shipping is available for eligible orders. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Additional production and shipping fees may apply for rush orders and overnight delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require 4–6 weeks of production before shipping to us!

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once all items have been completed unless separate shipping has been purchased or otherwise arranged.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Greek Standard is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or tied to your credit card.

Carrier Delays

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. The Greek Standard is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
