Thank you for shopping at www.kaleshiakreations.com. Below are the terms and conditions governing our shipping process.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 10 to 21 business days, depending on product availability. As traveling vendors for various state conferences, we strive to meet these timelines. However, if a product is out of stock, additional time may be required for production.

All orders are shipped directly from our location, not through third-party warehouses or drop shippers. High order volumes may cause slight delays, but we work diligently to ensure timely fulfillment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Please allow additional transit time for delivery. Seasonal demand and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship within the U.S., including P.O. boxes. However, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. As we grow, we plan to expand our shipping locations.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments

We take every measure to ensure product quality before shipping. If an item arrives damaged during transit, please visit our Returns Center to submit a request and follow the provided instructions.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders over $100 within the Greater Metro Area of Jackson, MS. Orders under $100 may incur a delivery fee based on location and mileage.

Delivery Hours:
🕐 Monday – Saturday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
You will receive a text notification before delivery.

Order Status & Support

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at kaleshiakreation@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
