Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy, Shipment processing time & delivery estimates

All orders are processed within a minimum of 10 business days and a max of 21 business days, depending on the product.

We are traveling Vendors for many states conference. Kaleshia’s Kreations, LLC does our best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a product is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order. Your order ships directly from our location, not a drop shipper or warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery from the processing times. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially due to the holiday season.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most of our shipping is done through the USPS Priority Mail.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Kaleshia’s Kreations, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. and P.O. boxes. As of right now, we will not ship to the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. As we continue to grow as a business, we will be expanding our shipping locations.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Before we forward all orders to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. If for any reason an item(s) were damaged during the transit, please visit our Returns Center, to submit a returns request and follow directions provided.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Greater Metro Area of Jackson, Ms . For orders under $100, we charge a fee pending location and miles. 

Deliveries are made from 1:00 p.m - 8:00 pm on Mon - Sat. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
